Food is really good and the coffee is excellent with lots of flavors to choose from, including about six sugar-free options. The café is spacious inside, making it a comfortable place to sit and relax. Great spot overall!

Love going here with the family. Cozy atmosphere and overall good experience. Drinks are good, food is good. Bakery items are sometimes a little dry. My kids love the muffins.

First time going, and I loved it! There are tons of drink and food options. Larger inside, then it appears on the outside, so there is plenty of seating to sit and enjoy! I got a mint hot coffee with whole milk and sugar it was good. Also, the muffins here are huge and delicious. I got a strawberry shortcake one, and it took me 2 days to finish it, but I did because it was that good. Would definitely go back to try more flavors of their coffee and muffins.

Traveled To Boston from New Jersey . Everyone was telling me That My kind may Not be accepted up in the New England Area . However This Cafe Milano was Incredible ! From standing in Line, The The Cashier , to the Cook . Service was exceptional . They was a Big guy who even came from the Kitchen to address my order ,( out of mozzarella 😔 ) . But super good , super Good ... Had a Great Experience, everyone should GO !

First time exploring the town stopped in here for a sandwich was really happy with the chicken salad. The wife had the turkey gobbler met the owner really nice guy. His staff is super friendly. He definitely will be coming back.

Staff is very friendly and helpful! They work together really well and handled my large order no problem. The food is great and the coffee is even better. The muffins are a bit expensive but they are HUGE and very clearly homemade. Great spot for a date or to bring new friends. Great experience.

First time here! The food was amazing. I got a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel with home fries. My bf got the full house breakfast. Everything was so good and freshly made. The drinks were so good! We will definitely be back!

I’ve sat by the window here all day working. I’ve had a great lunch, several lovely drinks and a great view. I’ve listened to the staff greet most people by name, remember orders and ask after loved ones. People from the town come in and greet old friends. A man came by and asked me about the art project I was working on. This is a very lovely place.

Excellent sandwiches and massive muffins. The Turkey and Brie was exceptional. Good music and positive vibe.
